No soundcard driver

Hello,

my computer is working great. but i don't have a sound card driver so it doesn't have sounds.

system model - L7VMM3
system type - X86-based PC
processor - x86 Family 6 Model 10 Stepping 0 AuthenticAMD ~1499 Mhz
BIOS version - American Megatrends Inc. Version 07.00T


where can i get a sound card driver for this?
