Can't locate Windows media in control panel

Hello,
My computer has 3 users, and each one has been able to utilize Windows Media. All of a sudden, the other 2 users have been unable to access their Windows media. The icon is there but when they click on it absolutely nothing happens. I am the administrator. I was going to uninstall windows media and then reinstall it hoping to solve the issue. However when I go to the Control Panel I am not able to find Windows Media to uninstall. Please help me. Thank you

Firefox 3.0.10
