Internet Explorer 7 and desktop item

Hello, I have problem with the desktop icon for Internet Explorer 7. After right mouse click I see only last items (Create shortcut-Remove-Rename-Properties), not the first two - Open home page and Open without add-ons. Where are these items for opening IE activated - somewhere in registry ?

Configuration: Windows XP
