Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello
At some point in all this you might need the XP or OEM OS disk. If not you may be able to try a friends XP disk. If you can get it booted, try the command sfc.exe /scannow. Might consider a "repair" using an xp disk. |
Are you running any programs that use a lot of memory or CPU? If so, go into Start > Run and type "msconfig". Click the startp tab on the system config utility and uncheck that program. I don't think msconfig uses explorer. Also scan your system, something that restarts explorer would be pretty suspicious. Use multiple scanners, and don't use them all at the same time! Hope this was helpful :) |
Hi,
I've got the same issue that you, so I was just wondering if you could fix that somehow. Please, let me know. I appreciate. Fezam |
