DNA A211 1 Router/Modem

Hello,

Can anybody help me with DNA A211 1 Modem/Router problem I am facing.
Actually the problem is i am not ableto connect internet through Wifi. While i am tryingto install the drivers from the CD Rom provided by the BSNL team it showing some setup errors.My OS is windows Vista.

When i am switching on my wireless in the laptop no wireless network is detected.

Please help me in this issue.Waiting for reply..............................

Try this link, This link helps in step by step configuration of WIFI without Installation CD.

Make sure your wifi light in the modem is glowing. Else you may have to enable your wifi .

Hi Sudheer
check wheteher ur wlan lamp on in the modem
if ur ur wlan lamp on still u cant able reach the signal u want conduct bsnl cust service center

if ur wlan is off u want to configure ur modem
type http://192.168.1.1 in the address bar hit enter
it ask for username password
username :admin
password :admin
*on ur left hand side u can c wireless click it
*on right hand side make tick mark on enable wireless
* type ssid as any name to identify ur network
*hit save/apply

* click security on ur left hand side
* u can find ur ssid as ur name
* den u can select authentication type as wpa-psk
*type ur 8 character password in pre shared key
* hit save/apply

den management on left side -> save/reboot-> right hand side-> save & reboot button
tats all

Good one.. but incomplete.. what do we need to do on the laptop side to have it connected to the internet. My laptop detects only the Wirelenss network but does not connect to the internet.. Do I have to install a dialler like the one on my desktop? or do I have to do something else.. please do reply..
