Hello,
I have my sisters Emachines w3107 desktop computer and it will not boot. She left it on and had Limewire open while it was downloading songs all night and when she woke up the computer would turn on, the fans run but it wouldn't boot up, and the monitor stays black except it comes on and says no signal and thats all that happens. The system will not even work with a cd in it. I hope that this is the correct part of the forum. I have tried the system restore cds but they will not work. I think the motherboard is gone but I am not sure, 100%. Also, I don't think that the keyboard is working either. I am at a loss. Can someone help me please.

Thanks

Hi,
it may be that the video cards have died.
try another one to see if it works.
or may be a power supply problem.
