Problem in uninstalling avast

Hello,
my antivirus avast is not uninstalling due to some missing files
so please suggest me how should i uninstall it...............

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

If its lost files try redownload and install over current install, then remove again.

To uninstall avast, you have to download and use the avast uninstall utility : http://www.avast.com/eng/avast-uninstall-utility.html
