recently i started geting win pc defender popups, this annoying virus is so stupid. plz help me ride my pc of this **** tool

Hi man, Winpc defender is a malware, it is a piece of rogue spyware that appeas as fake security program. it also appears as Personal defender and Malware Defender and now its appearing as WinPC Defender. no need to be worried. To removeWin PC defender, you can go to control panel. (start>control panel>remove any program you don't like.)
If that can not work, you can use ErrorFix to remove it.
You can use ErrorFix as an unistaller.

Boot into Safe Mode (F8 key at startup) and install this removal tool http://removeit.info/remove-windows-pc-defender-fake-antispy­ware/ .
This is how i made the rogueware vanish. Should help you out too.

It is one of the fake antivirus. Go to google and search "remove fake antivirus", there will be many solutions there.
