Windows unable to run OS XP2

Hello,
can someone help,windows does not complete to format my hard disk,the error message
about some file is missing appears.

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Try cleaning the xp cd with a soft cotton cloth making sure theres no smudges etc. If thats not the issue then you can try disabling unessential devices in bios (not suitable for amatuers) or slowing the CPU speed down till its fully up and running.

Hi,
make sure that the CD is in a good state ad that your drive is working properly.
when you get the message, remove the CD and then put it back in and try again.
