Hello,
i have a d-link wireless wbr-1310 i have 4 computers in my house i need to know how to stop my neighbours from stealing my connections thank you

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Enable the security to 128bit encrytion with a passkey, and also maybe lock the IP range to 4 only on the DCHP settings.
