OK SO I CALLED HP TECH SUPPORT ABOUT MY CD DRIVE THAT WOULDN'T WORK...THEY ENDED UP TELLING ME TO DO A SYSTEM RECOVERY THE THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING IN THE SYSTEM THAT WOULDN'T READ THE DRIVER...SO I BACKED UP ALL MY STUFF ON A EXTERNAL DRIVE AND STARTED TO DO THE RECOVERY...WHEN IT FAILED WITH A MESSAGE "0x1004001200001002" CONTACT TECH SUPPORT...THEY SENT ME A NEW CD DRIVE AND RECOVERY DISKS BUT IT STILL WOULDN'T WORK..I ENDED UP MAKING A DISK ON THE INTERNET AND THATS THE ONE THAT WORKED BUT MY OS WOULDN'T SHOW UP TO REPAIR...CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME I'VE BEEN WORKING ON THIS FOR A WHOLE WEEK AND STILL NO PROGRESS.
