Email and Password Lost

Hello,
My son deleted (by mistake) his Xbox 360 profile. He don't remember the e-mail and password because he created the account three years ago.
Does exist a possibility to recover the profile with his gamer tag only? If exist, How can we do it?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
