DELL Latitude Cpi
When system is on , This massage comes first,"This computer system ,#ZPXHM**-595B,is protected by a password authentication system.You cannot access the data on this computer without the correct password.
Please tell me how to break the pass word.

Configuration: Windows Vista

You should know the password to access the computer or you should format it.

What he/she is referring to is also known as the White Screen of Death. This is not set by the user nor is there a known password associated with it. For reasons that Dell has yet to rectify, their products occasionally give this screen at boot. You cannot access the BIOS, you cannot boot into the OS. The only solution is to call Dell and explain the problem to them. They'll waste your time and you'll have to convince them that you're the owner but eventually they'll give a password to get past the WSoD. I suggest documenting it 'cause... well dude, you've got a Dell.
