Cant Copy,Paste and Cut not working

Hi..I cant copy, paste and cut since last now three weeks ago earlier i have used this and suddenly some virus attack and it was stop, but i full scaned my computer and after that, RUN and Folder options were missing but i shorted out that matter, now i need Copy & paste option, even i cant Ctrl-C or Ctrl-V, and also i can't see my hidden files and folders, when go to tools and folder option, View and show hidden file and folders, it wont appear, something, wrong in my computer, even i cant Run or download any software saying system32 error, i dont know what is this..please help me to solve this matters
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
