Real Player 11 problem

Hello,
I have face a problem,i download Real Player 11 application, but when i tried to install it it gives me a message

"Shell executable of Setup program has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"


Please give me advice who i can handle this problem.
