Problem opening e-mails

Hello,
i have a problem opening my e-mail inbox whenever i click to open my e-mails, the only thing i get is a message saying that there is a communication network error occured: the web server may be down, busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. while if somebody else opens his e-mail on the same pc it opens right away. so please can you help me solve my problem

Internet Explorer 8.0
