i cannot do voice chat with my inbuilt mic on my laptop.can someone help,,,

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.9

problem in Yahoo voice chat

Sir i am facing problem in yahoo messenger i can't do vocie chating with our friend and relattion

when i am i click the call option that time no dialing if other side some body call me that time also call accept option not came i am try to reintall yahoo massenger 3 times but that problem still not solve i am format my computer also but problem not solve i am check my headphone also my head phone working properly but in yahoo massenger not working so please give me solution what i will do
