Dell PC wont boot to windows

Hello,

my dell inspiron 9150 wont boot up windows.

i've tried safe mode, no joy. i've tried last known config. no joy.

basically it opens everything, brings up the desktop background and then just stalls.

also getting an ipconfig.exe error message.

any advice? i've tried everything.

Configuration: Mac OS X
Firefox 3.0.9

repair your windows using the Windows Installation CD.

My DELL did not come with one...
