Hello,
Firefox stopped working, and my computer will not take the upgrade. I have an eMac on OS X 3. 9.
Is it possible to upgrade to 10.4 by installing an external drive, as there is not enough RAM on my computer ?

Configuration: Mac OS X 10.3.9
Netscape 7.2

Hi,
upgrading you OS does not depend on how much RAM you have but rather on your hard drive space.
To get free spaces, transfer your data to the external drive that you have because you cannot install the OS in the external drive.
