Laptop is not charging my battery

Hello, i am using a neo m540ss laptop, and am wondering why it wont charged my battery. When i submit it for inspection, a local technician told me that the power jacket regulator should be replace. When i was looking for such, nobody had any idea of what it is. could somebody help me where can i avail such or maybe if you know a related name of such item, please let me know as soon as possible. thank you very much..

this is the part where the charger jack is connected.
i don't think that it is sold separately.
