I can't open local disc C

Hello,

Recently, I tried to open Local Disc C but it can't work.

An error message came up to ask me to open the drive with a long list of programme.

This is what you normally get when you try to open a disc. A long list of programmes such as Windows Media Player, FLV player will pop up.

But this is happening to me on Local Disc C...

What should I do?

Hi,
this is caused by a virus.
right-click on the drive you want to open and select Explore
this should work. Or you can go to the address bar and select the drive you want.
protect your computer by installing an antivirus, try this link to get it:

Firstly, thanks for your reply.

I tried to "explore" the Local Disc C but to no avail. The same "Open With" browser came up.

Will try the website suggested.

Whenever i open local disc C , a list of programmes appear from them only internet explorer is able to open it. please help me somehow

Hi friend. i had the same problem untill few minutes ago.. by luck i found a program namely ;
Trojan Remover 6.6.9

it found dosens of trojan.. even the hidden ones.. renamed someofthem and tataaaaaaa..

i can access my local drivers now after almost a year.. just google and download the 30 days trıal, update the program and run it. Trial is just fine..
