How to configure laptop to use myy broadband

Hello,
I bought a wireless broadband from globe. But I can't use it because the staff there told me that it needs to be configured before I can use the item I bought from them. What will I do? Please help me. I'm using VISTA.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

To configure your network, try this:
>control panel
>network and sharing center
>setup a connection or network
then ollow the instruction wizards.
