NTLDR is missing

Hello,

My Dell laptop keeps coming up with "NTLDR is missing Press any key to restart" but, it doesn't restart!
Please help!

its a small matter dude....

input u'r xp cd
booot it..
then dont install press R
after press 1
type u'r password no password press enter
after find u'ir driver letter

simply u'r driver is D:
goto i386 folder

D:>i386> copy ntldr c:\
D:>i386> copy ntdetect.com c:\
restart...............
good luck...

dont have xp cd for my dell inspiron so i cant do that i have one for emachine think i can use that one

I am trying but at copying step i am getting message that "BAD-POOL_HEADER"
!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

press and hold down the little button with the little house by it next to the power button until the windows screen comes on. this worked for me.
