Hello,

My Western Digital Elements external hard drive is no longer recognised by either of my computers. When I attach it to computer it says it has found new hardware and installs it and when I look in device manager it is there and says it is working properly but the drive never appears in MY COMPUTER like it used to. Please help.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.8
