Control.exe ERROR

Hello,after up dating windows i cannot access to any application in windows while the massage appeared "windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. Youmay not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."Beside i'm an administrator.i want to known what should i do.

Hi,
try to do a system restore to ix the problem.
>start
>all programs
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
set the ate to when no problem was detected.

I cannot access to SYSTEM RESTORE the same massage error appear.

That happens to me to, and i also get another error message saying
"Windows cannot open this file: rundll32.exe"

Please can someone help.
