How do I get a virus off my msn?

Hello, I have been noticed by many of my friends that I have a virus on my msn. It wont stop sending them porn websites!!!!! How do I get rid of this??? I dont want it to give bad websites to my friends every flippin hour!!! And i dont really wanna change my MSN name!

There are special software to remove these kind of virus, check on downloads type: msn virus

Download and install ad-aware 2008.
