Songs are not transferring in my mp4.

Hello,
please help me.... whenever i try to transfer a song to my philips MP4, an error comes ..it says This ---- file could not be created. What is this supposed to mean..its very annoying and i need help.BAD. the songs are already in mp3 but they are not transferring.!! please help!

No i have lost my mp4 instalation cD so i can not transfer anything to my mp4.

Make sure they are mp4 format.
If not, download this program, it can help you convert video to other format.
