i have a creative 30gb video mp3 player model no dvp-hd0003.i lost my software cd which came with it.i just got the usb cable to connect it to pc,it does not recognize it,when i connect it,i think i need the sofware or driver iam not sure.where can i download them can u please help me.i have no idea about it.please help me.thank you.
