Laptop exhaust fan noise

Hello,
I have HP c772tu laptop it has its exhaust on the bottom......when i start my machine its starts properly n there is smooth sound from the fan area....but after half n hour or so there comes some bubbling sound or some sound like that of congestion in the fan.......what is the problem and what should be done to repair this ?Please do reply soon......thanking you...
