Gpedit, regedit,taskmanager are disabled

Hello,
People please help, My task manager, gpedit , regedit are both disabled and when ever i try to access them i get a prompt that they have been disabled by the administrator and afterward my PC shuts down. I have tried downloading a taskmanager Fix tool but it didnt help, i ve scanned my computer as well but nope...

The second problem is that i once installed AVG antivirus on my PC and now i uninstalled it, wanting to install Kaspersky antivirus but it says that i cant install kaspersky because some AVG files still resides on my PC. How can i get rid of this left behind AVG files. I cant use search its disabled as well.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

try this link to downlaod the Revo Uninstaller software:

i coulnot open regedit
when trying a message is appearing |
"registry editing has been disabled by your system administrator"
