My laptop wont recognize any usb devices

Hello,
My laptop wont recognize any usb devies.
I've try doing the computer management thing and going under disk management, but there is no storage device in my disk management.
How do I fix this?

your problem seems to be that u might not of installed all of ur all of ur files for ur program try reinstalling ur system.
