Low sound volume

Hello, My PC 's sound is so low, i think it has something to to with my sound card because i've checked my sound volume options and they are on maximum. I also don't think its my speakers as they are new. Whats wrong with my sound card?

Hi,
right-click on the speaker icon on the taskar and click on Adjust Audio Properties.
check all the volume settings there.
