My computer volume

Hello,
my computer volume is not working and i just bought it. how can i get the volume back up because the volume is up but im not hearing any type of sound coming from my computer? help me please.

I was removing programs from the add and remove programs i think i remove the audio.From my pc

I cannot get my sound to come on, not even on you tube videos. All i did was unhooked everything when i moved and reconnected, now it won't work. The volume!
