Hello, Can someone please help, I am trying to copy a powerpoint to a CD-RW or CD-R. Although I have a disc in Disc: E it will not recognise that it is in Disc: E and keeps saying to put a writable disc in. The writing wizard will not go pass this phase. I have a Hp driver and am using new discs to download. The powerpoint is photos. Frustrating Thanks.

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi.
check if the CD is a blank one.
or try to update the firmware of the the drive, this should fix the problem.

Hi, I am such a novice, can you elaborate a bit more about updating the firmware of the drive. Are you saying get a new driver. Thanks
