many times when our computer shuts down improperly or we get an error, it returns the computer to a previous state without removing files. This means files we may keep will be in a certain format, however the computer returning to a previous state simply results in the uninstallation of the programs used to run up to date files. This results in old programs trying to run new files, with the error. My solution that I am about to try, simply reinstall the latest itunes and hope for the best. much love. Twitter: Cobyisley
