Can anybody help?

Hi,
when Firefox is open, click on File and see if the Work offline option is checked.
if yes, uncheck it.
then try to connect to internet.

My problem is: I can connect to my ISP (BlueFrog as moorewatson@bluefrog.com using Best Dialup -- account # 11501 but I am unable to use internet explorer}. BlueFrog customer service number is 866 258 3376. Using a cable hookup I was still unable to access internet explorer.

Hi Larry think some .dll files were missed and you must reinstall the internet explorer or mozilla firefox.. enjoy..

There is one specific webpage that I am trying to load that just won't come up for me, yet everyother page I try works fine. The page was working for me last week, but as of last weekend I have not been able to access it at all.

I spent a couple of hours with an on online technician earlier this week and in spite of trying many things we still could not get the page to load. I tried in both Internet Explorer and Firefox.

I have asked others to access the page and they have had no problem, so I am wondering whatever could the problem be that the page is not loading for me???

I really need to be able to access the page for a business opportunity that I am a part of. Without the page working for me I am not able to do the things I need to do to promote the business.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Cash_Queen (who is making no cash right now) No webpage means no money. ;-(

I have the same problem. I still have no idea how to fix it, but I have a workaround. It happens that I have 2 routers. Everytime the page won't load I switch to the other router. Hope this could help you.

It's likely an issue with your DNS settings. Go to my computer, network connections, right click on the local area connection and select properties. Go to Internet Protocol TCP/IP, then select properties, if you have a static DNS server, change it to automatic find setting, if you have it on auto find setting, call your isp provider and get a static number. I've had issues both ways before.

Hi!!

Guess what?? Your simple little advice worked. I seriously have not been able to load the web pages since last April. I just typed in resetlog.txt in the run window and clicked enter; tried the webpages and they both loaded. I can't beleive it!! I had basically given up. I have even had my computer check by a computer tech and have been on the phone with AT&T checking for connection problems. Nothing has worked. Your simple little command took care of the problem immediately!! Thank you so much. Now I can access the information that I paid to use. I am so grateful!! Cash_Queen.
