Dell Inspiron 6400

Hello,

I created two user accounts on my PC: Mine account (admin) & guest.

When I try to logon as Admin, I get the error, "User Profile Service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded."

Anyone who has the same problem or know how to solveit?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

M$ knows. The solution is to modify Windows registry per the article below (WARNING: Exercise care when editing windows registry - doing it the improper way can cause your Windows to stop working).

I have a E1505 and just installed win xp sp2 on it. I see that there are a bunch of drivers that are missing and I tried to install them but no luck. I am not sure what I am misisng. I went to the support page and chose the drivers as per my system and os. How ever, it doesnt seem to work. As of now device manager shows a bunch of devices with a YELLOW Q mark

Base System device ( 3 times)
Ethernet Controller
PCI device
Video Controller

In the Network adpaters I see

1) 1394 Net Adapter
2) Dell Wireless 1390 mini card.

I cannot get on to the Internet. I installed the below drivers

Any advice would be appreciated.

WE are in the same situation. Just that I am step behind.
I am downloading drivers from dell's site now.

Problem is On my system ethernet and wireless need drivers, so I have to use a different system to download drivers.
