Computer turned on blank screen an 2 beeps

Hello,
I turned computer on and monitor does not turn on. I get 2 beeps that keep repeating. i have tried to remove all cards and clean them with rubbing alcohol. Did not work, I blew out all dust bunnies, did not work either. have pulled all chords and all connections to pc but nothing has made problem go away.

Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.0.8

This is what happened to my sis computer we just pulled the montor wire out of the pc and pulled it it in and truned it on
