Wireless Security recommendations

Hello,

we have several old access points at work that are set up with WEP? What is the lastest and greatest one we should be at? I'm aware of the WPA2 and our AP does not have that capability but is WPA2 the best one to use at work? What brand do you recommend? Or is there other AP products that does something different?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello

Cisco seems to be out of reach for the hackers as far as I know. All others could be in theory be attacked.

Wired solutions do better. Do you NEED wireless?
