Autorun.inf removal patch

Hello,

I'm facing problem with a autorun.inf virus.It creates same file(autorun.inf) almost in all folder.It does not allow to delete by selecting all file in search option and giving error "can not delete.Cannot read from the source file or disk".manual deletion of autorun.inf is too lenthy process.Is there any patch or method by which I can clean my drives from this virus.

Auto run cannot be deleted or removed by antivirus best way is take backup of the imp data and format the system note that if u connect the pendrives or any mass storage it will create in that also
