Making programs start at startup

Hello,


I would like to make a few programs start at startup that don't strat automatically, such as firefox, MS word etc... Is it possible to do this ?
Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0

Hello


Yep, just go to Start>All Programs, and double-click the Startup folder. A window appears. Now drag shortcuts of all the applications you want to launch into the explorer window by holding your right mouse button down on the icon of the program you want to move and moving to the window. Release and click Create Shortcut Here. You can drag icons from the desktop, start menu, or any folder.

You can use http://www.pcoptimizerpro.com/startupmanager.htm from PC Optimizer Pro. It will easily manage which programs you want to run at Start Up also have others utilities which can are useful for system Optimization.
