Hai budy! wats up? sorry rly quite late bt i wanna say dat i completed my proj. on hospital management (niit) its great n easy to make it. D only problem i had was d detail wat u put it in dat soft~ N once u get it dn its done..

I am making a website which gives information to any one for hospitals name ,facility ,doctor name,contact no.,etc . but i have some problem for design the ER diagram for this so please suggest me that what is the entity and what is the relationship of this diagram
