Hello,

I just brought an oversize printer for my business. I have an Imac OS 10.5 Oper Syst. The tech guy from Canon says I needed to have Stuffit on my computer to install the printers. I downloaded the latest version of Stuffit, restarted my computer and I am still not able to downlaad the darn driver! It starts to archive and then a warning comes up: "Unable to expand "Archive 8.sitx" - Stuffit archives not supported. Hellllllpppp!

Configuration: Mac OS X
Firefox 2.0.0.13

Try to redo the procedure and check if it solves the problem. If not, try to open your printer box and check for the right instruction. Having the need to download the Stuffit after you redo the procedure might also work. If not, try to call the shop where you bought the printer.
