Hello, my friend and I are running Windows Pro XP SP3.
He uses Windows Explorer, I don't.

He says that when he opens Windows Explorer and right clicks a folder on the right pane, the options are Explore, Open, Search...

He says Open used to be the first option and that is the way he wants it to work. I don't know if that is true or not and he does not know how it got changed.

On my system the right click options for folders are like his - Explore, Open, Search...

Is there a way to change the order of the items offered in the Windows Explorer right click context menu?

How do you change the order?

I don't mind editing the registry or trying free utilities.

I see some items have been added to the right click options by other installed programs, like Malewarebytes and 7-zip. I guess this is okay, but if I wanted to delete them and just go back to the Windows default for the Windows Explorer right click Context Menu, how would I delete these options without uninstalling the programs that added the new options (how did they get there)?

Thanks.

Configuration: Windows XP Pro SP3
Firefox 3.0.8
