Sony vaio vista recovery disc

Hello,
my computer crashed and I am unable to recover windows by using the recovery disc I downloaded from my sony vaio as I am sure it is corrupt what can I do

U can call Sony After Salling Service... or try this : When your computer starts before the OS booting, press F10
and after the Recovery Menu will appear !

PS : Sorry for the English because I'm french...
