Hello,
I have a Toshiba Satelite laptop and I have constanly been having problems with my CD/DVD drive. It is a D: MATSHITA DVD-RAM UJ-841S. It won't read the majority of my CDs. When I go to My Computer and click on the drive, it says could not read because of I/O device error. Also, it won't burn CDs. I tried to put in a DVD and it runs at a slower speed than it is suposed to. Will I need to buy a new drive?
Any suggestions please let me know!
