Vista Firewall - Common Ports

Hello,

By default Vista blocks all incoming packets except the exceptions, however all outbound is allowed.

I want to be more strict and block all but what I allow, but I need to find a list of port numbers for the following:

windows update
msn msnger
yahoo msnger
AVG
Windows media
quicktime

Does anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list?

Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 6.0
