Can't able to Install Antivirus Software

Hello,
I've a problem with my PC which don't have an Internet Connection.
1. I'm Not able able to Install any Anti virus Software.(Avast, Avira, Kespersky, Nortan, Panda and AVG i'm tried).
2. Registry Editor, Task Manager, Folder Option, Run, Search has been Disabled.
3. I don't know the Process information.
4. I tried my Hijack This but it is also not working.
5. I Download the RRT and try to Remove the Restrictions but i'm Failed to do so.


I thing it is due to a Virus running in PC so please help me how to Overcome by this Problem, I don't want to Format my PC .......

Try to install windows service pack 3 then use another anti-virus

Try installing the XP service pack 2 again so that if there R any virus or malware running in Ur computer they'll get formatted.I just Hope U've all the drivers with U.Try it it should work and do make a backup of important files and documents in C drive coz everything will get erased once U format it.

I tried to install avg , avast, avira symantec, tred micro but they are not getting installed they are statting to install but breaking

I think its due to the old antivirus software thats already installed in Ur PC.Try to cleanup the registry of old antivirus B4 U proceed to install new one.U can try Tune up Utility's Cleanup registry 4 that purpose.And more over running 2 antivirus s/w in the same PC can slow down or make Ur system to behave in an abnormal way.And keep Ur antivirus updated.

That problem is bcoz of a virus named {wscript.exe ujbright_antivirus.vbs} which disables the admi... reg... n it does not allow any antivirus to get install n d sys.its best to format
