I know there's probably a really simple answer to my problem but there you go. I don't have anybody to ask.
When I'm trying to start up my Protools session a window pops up saying that it is 'unable to locate Digidesign hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click 'ok' when the hardware is ready.'
I can't see what the problemis. My M Box is connected with the USB connection to my computer.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0
Having exactly the same issue. I'm using the Mbox2Pro.It shows on the system preference in my mac. The light is solid. I can use the box to feed audio for everything but Protools. I'm using protools LE7.I'm at a loss.I'm trying to do some editing from home and not have to be at the studio, but it's not working out. Lost for ideas! |
