Hello, السلام عليكم
i have the same problem as 27

regedit disables by administrator
task manager disables by administrator
and the big problim my kaspesky is disable and cant install any other antivirus
help help help
specialy the post 27 say he format the system and the problem still there

Hi,
this may be due to a virus.
try to download Trojan Remover from here:
http://en.kioskea.net/telecharger/telecharger 1307 trojan remover
it will download since you are not downoading it from the official website, install it and run.
this should solve your problem.
you can also try to do a system restore and see if it solves your problem.

it would be a trojan , probably new folder virus that disables task manager, disables windows registry editinga nd remove folder option from tools menu in windows explorer
